How To Fit In Meditation Time

by Stan

I'm considering learning how to meditate, but I just can't see how I can fit it into my already busy schedule.

I'd like to hear how others do it. Can you start a topic for this so that visitors can comment?

Thanks.

Stan

My experience ...
by: PruJoy

Hi Stan,

Well ... I found that the ONLY way to fit in twice daily meditation time was to actually schedule that time into yr everyday routine & I mean "T.I.M.E".

HOWEVER ... after 5 months of doing just this I found that I reached a saturation point with such regulation & I just "B.L.E.W." - you know, like Vesuvius & Pompeii, etc, etc!

Now I am restructuring myself so that meditation is still included in my everyday life BUT in a lot less strict routine & to this end I have found "Mindfulness Meditation" very amenable.

And with that practice of "mindfulness" I have also found the basic reality of the "here & now" - that there is nowhere else - look into the eyes of any animal & you can see it there - so liberating!
