Learning how to meditate is one thing. But finding the time for meditation every day, and thereby enjoying the benefits of meditation, is a question many would-be meditators ask before they learn meditation. Meditation is something like exercising at a gym. If you just talk about it and don't actually make time for regular sessions, you won't see any benefits at all. Deciding to learn meditation means deciding that you'll set time aside for meditation every day. In this busy life most of us lead these days, this is not always easy. Already meditating? Please share with others YOUR solution for accommodating this extra time requirement into your daily routine. Not yet meditating? read what others have done to make the time for their daily sessions.
